PRODUCTION ZONE: Loc. Villa a Sesta, Castelnuovo Berardenga, 420m a.s.l.
HARVEST: beginning of September, when the white Malvasia grapes are at a balanced ripeness between sugars and acidity, an extremely important balance for the production of the classic method.

ORGANOLEPCTIS NOTES: straw yellow color with excellent development of fine and persistent bubbles. Pleasant, fruity aroma with characteristic hints of the grape, intense and complex. Evident notes of bread crust and yeast peel are present at the bottom of the bottle.
Very pleasant in the mouth with a strong initial development of CO2. Good acidity which gives it freshness and liveliness. Dry, savory and balanced in the mouth.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: perfect with crustaceans and fish of all kinds, it expresses its maximum potential when the wine becomes cloudy with the yeasts on the bottom.
