Villa a Sesta, Castelnuovo Berardenga, 420m a.s.l.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"noteswine\">HARVEST:<\/span> end of September-beginning of October, when the phenolic and technological ripeness of the Sangiovese grapes is completely reached. <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"noteswine\">VINIFICATION:<\/span> vinification in vertical open tonneaux with manual punching down and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts; subsequently it carries out the malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"noteswine\">AGING:<\/span> in second passage barriques for 12 months.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"noteswine\">ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES:<\/span> ruby red color with intense notes of red fruit and violet characteristics of Sangiovese. In the mouth it is full and persistent with tannins present for its youth but never excessive.
