Villa a Sesta, Castelnuovo Berardenga, 420m a.s.l.<br \/>\n<span class=\"noteswine\">HARVEST:<\/span> end of September-beginning of October, when the phenolic and technological ripeness of the Sangiovese grapes is completely reached.<br \/>\n<span class=\"noteswine\">VINIFICATION:<\/span> the must is vinified in stainless steel at a controlled temperature where alcoholic fermentation takes place with consequent maceration on the skins for about 40 days; subsequently it carries out the malolactic fermentation in cement tanks.<br \/>\n<span class=\"noteswine\">AGING:<\/span> for 36 mesi in second passage tonneaux<br \/>\n<span class=\"noteswine\">ORGANOLEPCTIC NOTES:<\/span> it has an intense ruby red color tending to garnet. Fruity aroma with notes of violet and red berry fruit well balanced with hints of oak and spice.
