OLFACTIVE EXAMINATION: Pleasant aroma, fruity with characteristic hints of the vine, intense and complex. Clear notes of crust of bread and yeast bark at the bottom of the bottle.
OLFACTORY AND TASTE EXAMINATION: Very pleasant in the mouth with strong initial CO2 development. Good acidity that gives it freshness and vivacity. Dry, salty and balanced in the mouth.
